Differences between Raw Milk, Regular Packet Milk
Raw Milk
Raw milk supplied by local milkmen is unprocessed and unpasteurized, posing severe health risks when consumed. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) research, raw milk caused 127 outbreaks and 1,909 illnesses. It carries harmful bacteria like Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter, and others, resulting in food poisoning. It also could have Hydrogen Peroxide to increase the shelf life in the absence of chilling systems.
Regular Packet Milk

Our Quality Testing Process
At Sid's Farm, we take samples from each and every batch of milk we receive from farmers and get from our cattle. The milk is tested for a wide variety of antibiotics, hormones, and other adulterants.
We follow a zero-tolerance policy and do 45 tests, including Fat and SNF testing, alcohol stability-60%, 70% and 80%, MBRT, COB tests on every batch of milk before it reaches your home.
