Executive Manager
An executive manager at Sid’s Farm is responsible for overseeing the operations and activities and ensuring that their department is operating without any issues. He/she has to allocate resources, give constructive feedback to employees, and collaborate with other departments. He/She should also have to report the department’s progress to upper management.
Responsibilities
- Guide employees through their development
- Ensure seamless operations
- Develop reports on progress
- Give constructive criticism to employees
- Ensure that employees are productive
Qualifications
- MBA or Master's equivalent
- Ability to create reports and presentations
- Great public speaking skills
- Deep knowledge of the market the company operates in
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Warehouse Executive
A warehouse executive at Sid’s Farm is responsible for smooth operation of a fast moving environment. He/She should be experienced in day to day management of people and ensure company’s targets and objectives
are met to meet customer requirements. He/She should also ensure that our staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for day-to-day operations in warehouse
- Optimum usage of manpower to perform warehouse duties
- Plan and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely operations
- To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain
- Proficient in MS. Office, computer knowledge and operating equipment
- Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
